Objective : To study the outcome of vaginoplasty using amnion graft for plastic reconstruction of the vagina in mullerian duct agenesis cases. Methods : In this study 17 cases of vaginal agenesis over a period of 5 years were analyzed. In all these cases vaginoplasty was done using amnion graft. Results : All patients were young adult female between 16-20 years of age (mean age 17.41 years). Incidence of urologic abnormalities was 17.6%. Intra and post operative complications were mainly rectal injury, recto-vaginal fistula and stricture of vagina.
