Objective : To study demographic profile, obstrectic profile factors influencing the maternal & perinatal outcome, trends in management & outcome of referred and booked preganant women in labour. Material : The study was conducted in Department of Obs & Gynae of S.S.M.C., G.M.H., Rewa from July 2006 to September 2007. Method: The study conducted between 165 referred pregnants Vs 165 booked pregnant women in labour, compared regarding -age, parity, distance from hospital, literacy status, socio economic status, mode of delivery, intrapartum, postpartum complications and maternal & fetal outcome. Results : Out of 165 cases of 80% rural & 20% urban area.
