Introduction: Vulval hematorna commonly develops following improper hemostasis during repair of perineal wound. However, it might develop after spontaneous vaginal delivery with no perineal Wound. Objective: 'The aim Of this Study was to know the sites of Vulval hematomas with or without perineal wounds and complications arising out of thern. Materials and Methods: All patients who developed VUlval hernatorna following vaginal delivery. spontaneous and instrumental, were included. The patient profile, nature and place of delivery were noted. Clinical examination and required investigations were done. Patients were managed properly and all the complications were recorded.
