Objectives: To Study the fetomaternal Outcome in women of' cclempsia at tertiary care centre and to analyze their sociodenlographic characteristics. Methods : This study was conducted over a period of 1 year. on 100 women of eclempsia antepartum intrapartum and postpartum in department of obst. & Gynal. S.M.S. Medical College by detailed history, general obstetrical examination and investigations. These were monitored from the time of admission upto time fo discharge/death, nothins the treatment received, mode of delivery, maternal and perinatal outcome.
