Objective(s): To study very early mobilization after caesarian section. Method(s) : Retrospective study of 800 women; who is operated for caesarian section in last 10 years. Comparative studies done with the patients; who operated for caesarian section and kept immobilize for more than 48 hours, and patients mobilized within 6 hours after surgery. Results : Short term morbidity like (stitch infection; haematoma pain) and long term morbidity compared. We find very much encouraging results that are mobilized very early. Conclusions) : Very early (just after 6 hours) mobilization after caesarian section, patients are having very less port operative complications.
