Objective: To evaluate a new scoring method for uterine artery flow velocity waveforms in the assessment of fetal growth restriction and "or" pregnancy induced hypertension. Patients & Methods : 1.30 singleton pregnancies GA between 26 weeks and 41 weeks studied at GHS Solapur complicated with IUGR and or PIH. 2.New scoring method consists of bilateral uterine artery flow velocity waveforms evaluated by measuring resistance index and presence of diastolic notch. 3.Abnormal resistance index OrI point Presence of diastolic notch. Normal resistance index Or0 point.
