Objective : To compare the effect of intramuscular, Intravenous and Oral Iron on levels of Haemoglobin. Materials and methods: Prospective study of ANC patients having moderate to severe anemia (no medical disorder )over a span of 6 months Total 75 patients were selected 25 were given Intravenous Iron 25 were given Intramuscular Iron and 25 were given Oral Ferrous Sulphate with dietary modification Haemoglobin levels were measured on day 0,5,14 and 30.
