From the abstract
Objectives : To Study and outline the rate and extent of fallacies that exist in ultrasonographic evaluation of gynecological disorders, After comparison with final diagnosis inferred on surgical exploration and to highlight the underlying reasons responsible for such fallacies. Methods : This prospective study was conducted on 100 cases admitted in Deptt of Obst. & Gynecology JLN Medical College, Ajmer with some gynecological disorder and ultimately subjected to surgical exploration as part of treatment.
