Introduction: Aplastic anemia is a rare disease with a major risk of materno- fetal morbidity and mortality. It is characterized by pancylopenia and hypocellular bone marrow. If the disease goes untreated, patients die of bleeding or infection. Pregnancy induced aplastic anemia sometimes improve spontaneously after delivery. We are presenting a case series of five women. Methods: In this study, clinical records of five women with aplastic anemia during pregnancy occurring between January2003-Seplember 2008 were reviewed. Results : Total of five cases had six pregnancies. Mean age at presentation was 29.4 years.
