Objectives : Two year follow up of HIV+ mothers & their babies delivered at Govt. Maternity Hospital, Sultan Bazaar(OMC) from Jan 06 to Aug 08. Setting : Govt. Maternity Hospital, Sultan Bazaar, Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. Type: Prospective Study. Duration: 2006 Jan to 2008 Aug. Inclusion Criteria: All pregnant HIV+ve women Exclusion criteria : Nil Methodology: All cases of HIV+ pregnant women are included. Their antenatal, intranatal and post natal period observed and interventions noted. Babies followed up for two years and their PCR status noted after 18 months. Impact of outreach programme noted.
