From the abstract

irregular spotting since last 3 months associated with pain abdomen. On examination vitals were stable .P/A- A midline vertical scar seen extending upto the umbilicus. Uterus enlarged to 26 wks size with firm to hard in consistency. FHS not heard. On P/V examination, Cervix was small (non pregnant type) and was pulled up. No vaginal discharge during examination. An USG report 3 months back showed IUD but patient was told that no pregnancy is there by local quacks. Patient was admitted, investigations including clotting factors were normal. PGE2 gel instillation with great difficulty done. , no progress found.
