Case of Primi gravida at 31 \vks presented with acute retention of urine and with mass descending P.V. On examination a major degree cystocele of 9x9cm was found coming out through introitus. Patient had no antecedent history of mass descending P.V before pregnancy. Cystocele was reduced with difficulty and catheter was kept for two weeks. Urological and radiological evaluation was done to confirm the diagnosis. Conservative treatment was given. Patient came in labour at 39 wks trial of labour was given catheter was kept through out during the labour in view of failure of head descend due to cystocele at full dilatation hence emergency caesarean section delivery was done.
