rMrs. S.D. 29 yr HF Primigravida admitted to LR on 3 Feb, 07 with pain lower abdomen & back since morning with H/O Polydipsia, Vomiting and Yellow colouration of urine and generalized body pruritus for 20 days, her EDC on 3.3.07. All previous routine investigations were within normal limits, sonogram showing a single intrauterine live foetus at 34.5 wks AGA in cephalic presentation, post, grade III placenta. She delivered a pre-term malecbaby by VD with low forceps and mediolateral episiotomy at 9 p.m. on the admission day with 8/10 Apgar score with uneventaful third stage. She developed vomiting, Excessive tiredness and reeling of head in ICU.
