In women with severe Rh sensitisation,detection of fetal anaemia by measuring the MCA-PSVvalues, followed by early prophylactic intrauterine transfusions,can prove life saving. In our patient,G7 P4 NND3 IUFD1 A2 with Rh sensitisation,early detection of fetal anaemia was done by measuring the MCA-PSV values ,total of 6 intrauterine transfusions given over a period of 33weeks,starting from 14 weeks of gestation, transfusion volume was calculated using Nicolaides graph. Healthy 2.2kg baby was delivered with uneventful neonatal period.
