Here we report a case of 26 yr old prinii gravida 30 wks with known case of chronic renal failure with D.M with HTN bronchial asthama admitted through ANC with deranged renal parameters. Patient had undergone hemodialysis in 2006 & 2007. After admission patient was investigated & monitorede \with CVP, I/O chart sr. electrolytes, urinary proteins & renal parameters. Fetal monitoring was done by biophysical profile , gravidogram DFKC. Diet was modified according to dietician Patient was on inj. Lasix and high protein diet. After inv patient was ANA positive. Obstetric Doppler suggestive of utero placental insufficiency.
