Aims & Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of Colposcope in Post-Hysterectomy follow up. Material & Methods : Colposcope is an important tool in posthysterectomy follow up to see vault & its condition serially.We found a case XYZ 48 yrs female,visited on 2nd February2008.H/O- Abdominal hysterectomy was done 1½ yrs back for follow up with C/o- Foul smelling white discharge Per Vaginum since 8-9 months. She had taken treatment at that institute and many other places in the form of Antibiotics, Vaginal pessaries, H2 O2 douching.
