A 23yrs. Old case with polio of lower limbs admitted in emergency as primigravida at term gestation with an IUD fetus in obstructed labour. Emergency cesarean was done.Foley 's catheter kept in situ for 7 days in view of obstructed labor and polio limbs. Catheter was removed on 8lh day. On 11th day she complained of unability to pass urine. On recatheterisation hemorrhagic urine was coming out. Two days later she developed incontinence of urine with little amount of urine in urobag.
