Introduction: Persistent Cloaca is a severe malformation affecting females in which urinary, genital and alimentary tracts share a single conduit. Three unusual cases of persistent Cloaca of age group 16-20 years reported to Gynaec OP, belonging to low socio economic status, agriculture as main occupation, residing at same place 25km away from Kurnool dist AP, India. Case-I : Miss. S 16 years old girl complaining of passage of urine, stools and menstruation through common orifice since birth presented to Gynaec OP. Thorough physical examination is done. On Examination : Height 140cms, secondary sexual characters, breast, axillary hair, pubic hair normal.
