Mrs. H. aged 23 yrs, came with history of amenorrhoea 7 l/2 months. She was appreciating fetal movements well. Menstrual history: AOM - 13 yrs, previous cycles irregular since 6 months Marital History : Married since January 2007,11° consanguinity, no h/o of use of contraception Obstetric history: Primigravida, 1st trimester -conceived spontaneously was not aware of pregnancy. h/o of vaginal bleeding-in form of clots in 3rnonths. Ilnd Trimester: confirmed at 5 month by scan SLIUG 7th months scan showed Clitoromegaly with CAH & single umbilical artery. LMP- 26-03-2007 Past Medical history: Pt was treated by Endocrinologists for increased hair growth all over the body and for PCOD.
