Objective : The study was conducted to evaluate the significance of Office Hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and management of Infertility with patent fallopian tubes. Method : This is retrospective study of 200 women with Primary and Secondary Infertility and had diagnostic laparoscopy or HSG in last three years with patent fallopian tubes. The other causes of Infertility i.e. semen profile and ovulation were normal. The age of patients, ultra sound findings, history and previous pregnancy loss, diagnostic curettage and procedure done during hysteroscopy was noted. The study also included if the patients conceived in one year or not.
