Introduction : Reversal of sterilization is a Reconstructive Tubal Surgery done by Conventional Method (Macrosurgical Technique) using principles of Microsurgery. Objective : To evaluate the surgical procedure of Tubal anastomosis by using microsurgical principles following sterilization in women who desire further child - bearing . Method : Tubal Reconstructive surgery using Microsurgical Principles : 1.Transecting the fallopian tubes at the proximal & distal end of sterilization site just beyond fibrosis. 2.Epidura! catheter used as a stent & Approximation of mesosalphinx done. 3.Tubal anastomosis done in two layers.
