Objectives : To do Vaginoplasty for the Lax Vagina of Female patients complaining of Sexual Dysfunction Methods : There are many methods for Sexual Enhancement Surgery . The Vaginoplasty is most popularly used alongwith Unhooding of Clitoris, Labiaplasty etc. Vaginoplasty with absorbable suture material like Vicryl Rapide no. 1-0 alongwith Dissection & suturing of perineal muscles levator ani stitch & trimming of excess vagina perineorraphy is done on 3 patients of Female Sexual Dysfunction in last 1 year.
