Objective : Laparoscopic evaluation,Etiopathogenesis and surgical management of post hysterectomy adnexal masses Setting : Department of Minimal access and robotic surgery, Care hospital,Banjara hills,Hyd. Adithya Hospitals,Tilak Road Hyd. Type Of Study : Prospective study Methodology : About 120 cases post hysterectomy adnexal masses with general surgical profile and total abdominal ultrasound report were subjected to laparoscopy and results were analysed Results : Most cases of ultrasound reporting complex adnexal masses were infact encysted collection around the ovary. Histopathology revealed simple serous cyst as the most common variety .
