Introduction: Primary congenital glaucoma (PCG) is a rare genetic disorder and newborn PCG is an unusual subtype of the disease.The treatment of PCG is an emergency, otherwise permanent corneal damage and hence visual impairment would result. We describe the anesthetic management of two preterm, one small- for-date and one term baby for urgent glaucoma surgery. Case series: Patient details: Case 1: 11 days old female baby weighing 1.01kg born at 30weeks GA. Case 2: 8weeks old female baby weighing 1.7 kg born at 33weeks GA. Case 3: 25 days old female baby weighing 1.2 kg born at 37 weeks GA with low birth weight of 1.06kg. Case 4: 3-day old male weighing 2.7 kgs born at 36 weeks GA.
