Introduction: Nerve injury associated with patient positioning for surgical procedures under general anesthesia is a significant source of morbidity for patients. Here, we report a case of brachial plexus injury in a patient with myasthenia gravis who underwent robotic assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy (RATS) under general anesthesia. Case Report: An 18 year old 60 Kg male patient, known case of myasthenia gravis and presently on tablet pyridostigmine was planned for RATS. In the operating room, electrocardiography, pulse oximetry, non invasive blood pressure, entropy and neuromuscular monitoring were attached to the patient.
