The planet earth has witnessed many modifications in atmospheric weather conditions over the years, one of the reasons for which could be global warming. The abnormal increase in carbon consumption to meet the ever increasing energy demand has rustled in misbalancing the feeble ecosystem and seasonal pattern leading to sever drought or heavy rain fall conditions which had affected the agriculture activity globally specially in rain dependant arid and semi-arid peninsular Indian sub-continent. The cumulative impact of unforeseen weather conditions is more evident in drought prone Prakasam district of southern India where 157 farmers have committed suicides between1998-2008.
