Material and Methods : 40 pregnant patients with CTD[30 patients with SLE,8 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 2 patients with systemic sclerosis in our institute were enrolled. Maternal and fetal outcome were noted. Specific objective of the study : To find out the fetal outcome of pregnancy complicated with CTD To evaluate the maternal complications due to the disease .
