100 cases of different varieties of pelvic reconstructive surgery (2005 2006 total 2 years) in Burdwan Medical College & Hospital were considered. In sexually active women any repair should allow for sexual intercourse. Cystocoele 70%, Rectocoele 50%, Enterocoele 10%, uterine prolapse 1° to 3° 10% to 30%, vagnial vault prolapse 4%, VVF 2%, GSI 4%, CPT 4%, 60% patients belonged to more than 40 years. P4 to & above were 50%. USG was a routine procedure, I. V. P, cystometry & urodynamics in few suspected cases of incontinence 10%, vaginal Hysterectomy with Ant. & post. repair 56%, Ant . & post. repair 16%, extended post.
