Aims & Objectives : To evaluate the efficacy of Colposcope in Post-Hysterectomy follow up. Material & Methods: Colposcope is an important tool in posthysterectomy follow up to see vault & its condition serially.We nd1found a case XYZ 48 yrs female,visited on 2 February2008.H/O- Abdominal hysterectomy was done 1/ yrs back for 2 follow up with C/o- Foul smelling white discharge Per Vaginum since 8-9 months.She had taken treatment at that institute and many other places in the form of Antibiotics, Vaginal pessaries, H O douching.22 O/E- G.C. fair TPR-Normal, BP-120/80, P/A-Soft, P/S- White discharge ++, Vault unhealthy, Foul smelling discharge++.
