Introduction : Intraperitoneal chemotherapy (IPCT) has been shown to be superior to intravenous chemotherapy in optimally cytoreduced advanced ovarian cancer patients. Aim : To evaluate the feasibility of adjuvant IPCT in patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer after optimal primary or interval cytoreduction. Materials and methods : Eleven patients were included in this study. Nine had interval surgery and two had primary surgery. BardPort® (9.6 F) with peritoneal catheter was used for installing IPCT. The port was inserted at the time of cytoreductive surgery.
