A 28 year old parous women presented with complaint of pain in perineum and gradually progressive swelling in right side of vulva. On examination she had a right labial mass, firm to hard in consistency, nontender, n on fluctuating, nonreducible. Clinically a diagnosis of Bartholin cyst was made. Pelvic ultrasound was unexceptional except a hypoechoic mass posterior to service and right ovarian cyst. Patient was taken for excision of mass. A firm mass of about 15x9x6cm was removed from right labia. Histopathology revealed aggressive angiomyxoid fibroma. This is a very rare tumour with very few cases reported in the literature.
