In our study we compared combination of propofol and Fentanyl (1 ug/kg) body weight for Induction with that of Propofol and Fentanyl (1.5 ug/kg) body weight. For this comparison of 50 patients of ASA grade 1 and Grade 2 were selected and randomly divided in two groups of 25 each. Group A patients received Propofol and Fentanyl (1 ug/kg) body weight and group B Propofol and Fentanyl (1.5 ug/kg) body weight. The distribution of Age, Sex, Body weight were more or less were comparable to between two groups. The duration of surgery was also more or less equal in both Groups.
