Introduction: Cystic lesions of the uterus are rare, accounting for 0.35% of all uterine tumors. The symptoms are non specific, being those of lower abdominal mass. Most frequent preoperative diagnosis is thus of an ovarian tumour or anomaly of the uterus. They can be acquired cysts or congenital ones. The etiology is unknown. Case Report: A 26 years old unmarried female presented which complaints of abdominal pain and frequency of mictuirition since six months. She gave H/o Hysterotomy at the age of 21 years for Bicornuate uterus. At present she had no menstrual complaints.
