Objectives: To evaluate the role of low-dose aspirin in improving the implantation rate in women undergoing intrauterine insemination. Methods: The present study, a randomized double-blind placebo controlled trial was carried out in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaccoiogy in collaboration with Department of Radiodiagnosis, C.S.M. Medical University, Lucknow during a period of one year. A total [lumber of 101 women attending infertility clinic were enrolled after taking an informed consent. Aspirin/placebo 150 nig daily was randomly given to the women having ovulation with clomiphene citrate and at least 2 or more lUl failures in previous cycles.
