Objective : To stress upon the importance of Endoscopy (combined Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy) in the evaluation of female infertility cases. Setting: Gandhi Hospital, Musheerabad, Secunderabad, A.P. Methodology : After excluding the male infertility factors we have evaluated the patients withroutine investigations, hormonal assays, ultra sound, endoscopy done and results analyzed. Results : Most frequent cause for primary infertility in our study is PCOS (36%), Normal (11%), Cervical stenosis (9%) intra uterine adhesions (6%) Ovariancysts (5%), abdominal and pelvic adhesions(5%), tubal blocks (2%).
