Objective To find out role of umbilical artery color Doppler in management of intra uterine growth restricted fetuses and to study the pregnancy outcomes in growth-restricted fetuses with 1. Normal umbilical artery velocimetry, 2. Low-end diastolic umbilical flow 3 . Absent or reversed diastolic flow. Methods : The study population for in growth-restricted fetuses with normal umbilical artery velocimetry, low-end diastolic umbilical flow and absent or reversed diastolic flow consisted of 100 women who were diagnosed with small for gestational age fetuses (weight was less than 10th percentile for gestational age) in the year 2008 at our tertiary level referral medical college hospital. .
