We report a case of 40 years old, gravida 6 para 1 intra uterine death 1 and prior 4 abortions was referred to us at 4 months pregnancy from cardiology department GMC, Mumbai for MTP i/v/o risk factors of IHD with CVA (hemiparesis) for which angioplasty was done. Patient had hypertension controlled on antihypertensive. She was also found to be Lupus Anticoagulant positive. Pregnancy was continued with hospitalization and anticoagulant therapy. AT 34 weeks of gestation, pregnancy was terminated and patient went home with a healthy baby.
