Objective: A study was conducted to evaluate the prevalence of von Willebrand's Disease and other inherited bleeding disorders in women of different age group with idiopathic menorrhagia. The prevalence of von Willebrand's disease and other inherited bleeding disorders was also compared among women of different age group. Method: 181 patients with diagnosis of idiopathic menorrhagia including 40 adolescents 40 perimenopasual and 101 women between ages 20 and 44 yrs. Underwent comprehensive hemostatic testing for bleeding disorders.
