Material & Method : It is a prospective observational study conducted in one year period in the Deptt. of Obst. & gynae, with collaboration of deptt. of Urosurgery, CSMMU, Lucknow, U.P. Total 119 patient were divided into two group 59 patient with uterovaginal prolapse and 60 patients without UV prolapse. Urodynamic study was done in all patients preoperatively and one month after surgery. Urodynamic Parameters - Maximum flow rate, time to maximum flow, Maximum detrusor pressure, Maximum bladder capacity, Residual volume and voided volume measured.
