Introduction: Clitoroplasty is a rare surgery in gynaecology setup. In girls presenting with primary amenorrhoea and virilization associated with cliteromegaly, clitoroplasty becomes desideratum. Case Report: Two cases presented to us at 16 years (case I) and 15 years (case II) with primary amenorrhoea associated with features of virilization in form of hirsutism and clitoromegaly. FSH levels were 30 and 9 mIU/ml, LH were 25 and 7, Testosterone 5.5 and 1.7 ng/ml, breast tanner stage 1 and 2, clitoromegaly 8 and 5cm, gonadas palpable and impabable and karyotyping were 46XY and 46XY (77%) + 46XO (23%) in cases I and II respectively. Gonadectomy and clitoroplasty planned in both cases.
