Exploratory laparotomy with TAH with BSO with removal of lrlateral ovarian mass with right tuba! mass removal dona. Hisiopathology report shows right tuba! mass degenerated product of conception suggestive of tubal ectopic pregnancy. Left mass shows mature cystic teratoma (lamellae of keratin, hair shaft, focus of thyroid tissue seen.
