Aims And Objectives: To study the improvement in bishop score and mode of delivery in patients induced by Cooks Ripening Balloon and compare the same with Foleys catheter. Materials and Methods: Prospective study of all the patients in Nowrosjee Wadia Hospital induced by cooks ripening balloon and those induced by Foleys catheter. Results: The improvement in the Bishop score by Cooks Ripening Balloon is better than that by Foleys Catheter.
