Objectives : To compare three methods of MTP namely extra-amniotic Ethacridine lactate instillation , Misoprostol vaginally in varying doses and Mifepristone with Misoprostol in combination for their acceptability, safety and induction to abortion interval. Methods : An analysis of 78 women for second trimester MTP in tertiary center and teaching institute over a period of two years From Jan 06 to Dec 07 was done.
