Objective : To evaluate the 2500 cases of hysteroseopy over last five years for infertility done in a tertiary infertility center and its relevance and importance Obscrvations : Hysteroscopy is not only diagnostic but als« therapeutic procedure. Of the 2500 cases done in last 5 years, the common incidental findings were polyps . Either solitary or multiple when polyp is seen in hysteroscopy must be removed. Submucous fibroids even if diagnoised by good TVS sonogrophy can be confirmed and resection can be performed using resectoscope. Intrauterine septum can be confirmed and resected by the now available continuous flow smaller hysteroscopes, even without resectoscope.
