pregnancy outcome and perinatal and mortality and morbidity Evaluation of HBsAg +ve mothers By Obstric History, Antenatal examination, Routine blood and urine test, HBsAg by ELISA method, LFT Evaluation of fetus By NST, serial USG for BPP, API, placental grading. Male partner evaluation . Care of new born- By Cord blood testing, immediate Hepatitis B Immunoglobins and Hepatitis B , vaccination, breast feeding after 24 hours. Results : HBsAg+ve mothers-96% were young (< 25 years ), 96% belongs to low socio economic status, 74% delivered normally with 54% babies weighing > 2.5 kg with good perinatal outcome.
