Objective : To monitor the progress of labour in post cesarean pregnancies, by using WUO modified partograph with special attention to following- 1.To estimate success rate of VBAC 2.Comparison of progress of labour in post cesarean pregnancies and multipara of similar profile. 3.Maternal and fetal outcome in vaginal birth after cesarean section. Methods : Present study was conducted in GMCH, GUWAHATI. Total 100 patients were selected for trial of labour with once post cesarean pregnancy . WHO modified partograph was used to monitor ptogress of labour. Clinically subjects were divided into three groups.
