From the abstract
A 29 Year old nulliparous lady, married for the past one year presented with abdominal distension and breathlessness for three days. Menstrual cycles were regular with normal flow and with dysmenorrhoea. No h/o of usage of contraceptives. No rr'o Hypertension,! Diabetis meilitus. Heart disease, tuberculosis and trnroid disorder. Bowel and bladder habits were normal. Clinical examination revealed right adnexal muss with minimal ascites . Serum BhCG, CA125. Serum Alfafetoprotein were within normal limits. USG Pelvis revealed bulk\ uterus, thickened endometrium with right ovarian cystic mass. Ovarian Doppler showed no increased flow.
