Objectives:1.Diagnosis of structural foetal defeets in early second trimester. 2.Identification of correctable defects to allow time, mode and place of delivery to be planned to optimize the chances of survival. Material And Metiiods : Total 6200 antenatal cases in second trimester of gestational age 18 weeks onwards were included in the study and were screened for structural foetal anomalies using 3.5 MtIz ultrasound probe. Detailed history and examination was done of all women recruited for study. General characteristics and risk factors were duly registered of all cases . Results : Total - 310 Case of foetal anomalies were detected.
