Introduction :- Rotation of the gravid uterus beyond 45° is rarely seen in obstetrical practice. We report a case of 180° levorotation of gravid uterus with successful outcome for mother & child Case Report : -A 28 yrs old G2P1L1 with previous FIND at 38 weeks gestation with singleton pregnancy with PIH was admitted with mild pain abdomen and decreased fetal movements. Her current pregnancy had been uncomplicated until 36 weeks, when she developed PIH and was started on tablet alphadopa 250 mg. 8 hrly. On examination maternal vital signs were stable. Uterus was terms size. There was a single fetus in longitudinal lie and cephalic presentation with reassuring fetal heart rate.
