Aims and objectives : To Compare Vault suspension with bilateral round ligaments and standard methods of vault suspension surgery. Material and methods: All cases of vault prolapse irrespective of age was suspended with bilateral round ligaments , 1 such cases have being done during a period of 5 years from 2002- 2007 in a single unit with standard methods of vault suspension like (Abdominal colposacropexy, Sacropsinous fixation, Bursch's colposacropexy with mesh, Leforts surgery, Shirodkars sling surgery etc). 10 such cases of standard surgeries have been performed out of total 21 cases done. One case of abdominal colposacropexy failed.
